Investment: Extension of the technical facility of the Arkas Hotel, extension of the restaurant and renovation works inside the existing Arkas Hotel in Prószków.
Scope of works: excavations, reinforced concrete slabs, reinforced concrete walls of cellars, reinforced concrete ceilings of basements, reinforced concrete pillars, reinforced concrete pillars of the ground floor, reinforced concrete walls and brick walls of the ground floor made of Phoroterm and Silka, system roofing on sheet metal structures.
Aluminium and wooden window joinery, aluminium façades, internal wood, steel and fire‑proof doors. Plasters, suspended ceilings, cement floors with hardening and resinous flooring, finishing works, such as tiling, painting and plaster finish.
Works regarding water and sewage system, hydrant system, mechanical ventilation and air‑conditioning systems, gas mains, and electrical installation, including fire protection. Additionally, technological equipment of the kitchen and kitchen facilities.
